The ASOL505060 is a premium Li-ion rechargeable battery pack using two flat 505060 soft-pouch cells in a 2S1P series configuration, delivering a stable 7.4V nominal voltage and 2000mAh capacity (14.8Wh). The 505060 Li-ion cell format (50 x 60 x 6.0 mm) enables a compact and lightweight pack design that is significantly thinner and more space-efficient than equivalent cylindrical cell packs, making it a strong choice for portable RC vehicles, micro drones and robotic toys where internal space is limited.

7.4V is the standard operating voltage for many small-to-medium RC vehicles, FPV micro drones and robotic toys. With 2000mAh capacity, the ASOL505060 provides a balanced combination of runtime and pack weight for RC cars, RC trucks, FPV racing drones, nano quadcopters, RC boats, STEM educational robots and programmable smart toys. The flat Li-ion cell construction also allows for flexible placement within device housings: the slim profile can fit under circuit boards, inside narrow battery compartments or flush against device walls where cylindrical batteries cannot be accommodated.

Each pack incorporates a built-in PCB protection circuit (or optional full BMS with 2S cell balancing) guarding against overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent and short circuit. Every unit is manufactured at our quality-controlled facility and passes 100% outgoing QC: open-circuit voltage verification, capacity discharge testing and protection circuit function check before shipment. Grade-A Li-ion cells are voltage-matched within +/-10mV to ensure stable series operation and uniform cycle aging.
