This policy explains how Shenzhen Asol Battery Tech Co., Ltd. ("ASOL") prepares and ships orders to business customers worldwide. As lithium batteries are classified dangerous goods, all shipments follow the applicable transport regulations. Final lead time, method and trade terms are confirmed on your quotation or sales contract.
1. Lead Times

Lead times start once the order, artwork/specifications and any required deposit are confirmed. Large volumes or custom certifications may require additional time, which we communicate up front.
2. Shipping Methods
- International express (DHL, FedEx, UPS) — fastest, best for samples and small batches;
- Air freight — for medium volumes where speed matters;
- Sea freight (LCL / FCL) — most economical for bulk and heavy LiFePO4 orders.
3. Trade Terms (Incoterms)
We can quote on EXW, FOB, CIF, or DDP terms depending on your preference and destination. Unless otherwise agreed, prices are quoted FOB China. We are happy to work with your nominated freight forwarder.
4. Packaging & Battery Compliance
- All cells and packs are packed to pass transport vibration and drop requirements;
- Lithium shipments are prepared per UN38.3 and applicable IATA/IMDG dangerous-goods rules, with correct labelling and documentation;
- MSDS / UN38.3 test reports are available on request to support your import and carrier requirements.
5. Tracking
Once dispatched, we provide the carrier, tracking number and shipping documents (commercial invoice, packing list, and battery transport documents as needed) so you can follow your shipment to delivery.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For EXW/FOB/CIF shipments, import duties, VAT/GST and customs clearance in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility. For DDP terms, these are handled as agreed in the contract. Please confirm your local import requirements for lithium batteries before ordering.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Inspect your shipment on arrival. If goods arrive damaged or short, notify us within 7 days with photos and the carrier's documentation so we can assist with the carrier claim and arrange a remedy.
