Shenzhen Asol Battery Tech Co., Ltd. ("ASOL") stands behind the quality of every battery cell and pack we manufacture. This Warranty Policy describes the standard coverage we provide to business customers. Custom OEM/ODM projects may carry specific warranty terms agreed in the relevant sales contract, which prevail over this page where they differ.
1. Warranty Coverage
ASOL warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation, for the periods below, starting from the shipment date:

Exact warranty length for a given order is confirmed on your quotation, sales contract or product datasheet.
2. What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in cells, BMS, welding, wiring and assembly;
- Failure to meet the agreed electrical specifications under normal, rated operating conditions;
- Premature capacity loss beyond the normal range stated for the product (e.g., cycle-life rating).
3. What Is Not Covered
- Damage from misuse, abuse, dropping, crushing, fire, water ingress beyond the rated IP level, or improper installation;
- Over-charge, over-discharge, short circuit or use outside the rated voltage, current or temperature range;
- Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification of the cell, BMS or pack;
- Normal, gradual capacity fade within the rated cycle life;
- Cosmetic wear, or damage caused during the customer's own further assembly, transport or storage;
- Force majeure and acts beyond ASOL's reasonable control.
4. How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Email info@asolbattery.com with your order/PO number, the product model, quantity affected, and a description of the issue;
- Include supporting evidence where possible — photos or video, test data (voltage, capacity, IR), and the batch/serial labels;
- Our engineers will review and respond, and may request the affected unit(s) be returned for analysis.
5. Remedies
For valid claims within the warranty period, ASOL will, at its option, repair, replace, or provide credit for the defective products. Replacements are shipped with your next order or by a method agreed between both parties. This warranty is the customer's sole remedy; to the maximum extent permitted by law, ASOL is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
6. Returns & Shipping for Warranty
Return arrangements, freight responsibility and replacement logistics are agreed case by case. Lithium batteries must be returned in compliance with applicable dangerous-goods transport rules (UN38.3, correct packaging and documentation).
