Manufacturing Process & Quality Control
Our Dongguan assembly team supports practical production control from cell matching and pack assembly through BMS integration, aging, capacity verification and final inspection.
Voltage, capacity and consistency checks before pack assembly.
Cell connection, insulation and structure assembly for OEM devices.
Protection circuit matching for charging, discharging and safety control.
Stability and capacity verification according to project requirements.
Appearance, label, connector, polarity and basic electrical checks.

What We Make
ASOL manufactures and supplies batteries and battery systems for B2B applications, including RV LiFePO4 batteries, lead-acid replacement batteries, industrial energy storage systems, cylindrical lithium-ion cells and packs, lithium polymer cells and packs, and application-specific battery solutions.
OEM / ODM Custom Manufacturing
Capacity, voltage, cell configuration, BMS, connectors, wiring, enclosure, labels and packaging can be matched to the application and project requirements. Sample development may be available for selected cylindrical and lithium polymer battery projects, subject to specification review and product availability. Sample freight is paid by the customer.
Quality & Certifications
ASOL provides applicable battery testing, transportation and compliance documentation upon request according to the selected battery model and project requirements. Selected RV LiFePO4 battery models have applicable UL documentation, while documents such as UN38.3, MSDS/SDS, RoHS or CE should be confirmed according to the exact battery configuration.
