These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of asolbattery.com and any quotation, order or business dealing with Shenzhen Asol Battery Tech Co., Ltd. ("ASOL", "we", "us"). By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Where a signed sales contract exists, its terms prevail over this page.
1. About the Website
This is a business-to-business (B2B) website presenting our lithium battery products and manufacturing capabilities. It does not sell goods or process payments online. Product information, images and specifications are for reference and may be updated without notice.
2. Quotations & Orders
- Quotations are valid for the period stated, and are subject to confirmation of specification, quantity and stock at the time of order;
- An order is binding once both parties confirm the proforma invoice / sales contract and any required deposit is received;
- Minimum order quantities (MOQ), prices and tooling fees for custom OEM/ODM products are stated per project.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are quoted in the currency and trade term (Incoterm) stated on the quotation and exclude destination duties and taxes unless agreed otherwise. Payment terms (e.g., T/T deposit with balance before shipment, or as agreed) are confirmed per order. Goods remain the property of ASOL until paid for in full.
4. Product Specifications & Tolerances
Battery capacity, dimensions, weight and performance are subject to normal manufacturing tolerances and industry-standard test conditions. Custom designs are produced to the specification approved by the customer; ASOL is not responsible for errors in customer-supplied specifications, artwork or designs.
5. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
For OEM/ODM work, designs, drawings and brand materials you provide remain yours, and we treat them as confidential and use them only to fulfil your order. The content, logos and materials on this Website remain the property of ASOL and may not be copied or reused without permission.
6. Safe Use of Lithium Batteries
Lithium batteries must be used, charged, stored, integrated and transported in line with the product datasheet and applicable safety regulations. The customer is responsible for correct integration, end-product safety, certification and compliance in the destination market.
7. Warranty & Returns
Product warranty is described in our Warranty Policy, and shipping arrangements in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASOL's total liability arising from any order is limited to the invoice value of the products concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profit, arising from the use of, or inability to use, the products or this Website.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably shall be resolved through the competent authority or arbitration as specified in the relevant sales contract.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Website or placing new orders constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
