Because ASOL offers a wide range of existing and customized battery solutions, document availability depends on the specific battery model, final configuration, application and destination market. For custom battery projects, additional testing or certification may be required after the final battery specification is confirmed.
Quality Control from Cell to Shipment
Cell Inspection & Matching
Cells are checked and matched according to the battery configuration and project requirements before pack assembly.
Battery Pack Assembly
Cell connection, insulation, wiring and structural assembly are carried out according to the confirmed battery specification.
BMS / PCM Integration
Protection circuits are selected and integrated according to voltage, charging, discharge current and protection requirements.
Electrical & Capacity Verification
Applicable electrical, charging, discharging and capacity checks are performed according to the battery model and project requirements.
Final Inspection
Appearance, dimensions, labels, connectors, wire polarity and applicable electrical parameters are checked before shipment.
Shipment Preparation
Battery packaging and applicable lithium battery transportation documentation are prepared according to the product and shipping requirements.

Certification for Custom Battery Projects
Custom battery packs may use different cells, voltage, capacity, series/parallel configurations, BMS or PCM settings, connectors, wiring, mechanical structures and housings.
Because the final custom battery configuration may differ from an existing standard model, certification and testing requirements must be evaluated after the final battery specification is confirmed.
Finalize the Battery Specification
Confirm voltage, capacity, dimensions, cell configuration, BMS/PCM, connectors, current requirements and application.
Evaluate Certification Requirements
Determine the applicable transportation, safety or market-specific testing requirements according to the final battery design, application and destination market.
Complete Required Testing or Certification
If existing documentation does not apply to the final custom battery configuration, additional testing or certification may be required before mass production or shipment.
Certification requirements, testing scope, cost and lead time will be evaluated separately according to the final battery configuration and project requirements.
