1. Requirement Review
The project starts with voltage, capacity, discharge current, working temperature, available space, charging method and application details. Clear requirements reduce sample iterations and help the factory choose a realistic pack structure.
2. Solution Design
After reviewing the requirements, the engineering team defines the cell model, series/parallel arrangement, BMS/PCM rating, wire gauge, connector type, insulation method and label layout. For special products, the housing or sleeve structure can also be customized.

3. Sample Production
Sample packs allow the customer to test runtime, charging, discharge current, connector position and mechanical fit. Any adjustment to wire length, polarity, BMS limit or label should be completed before mass production.
4. Testing and Confirmation
Testing should cover capacity, charging, discharging, aging, short-circuit protection, appearance and packaging. For export projects, UN38.3, MSDS, CE or RoHS documentation may be required depending on the market.
5. Batch Production and Delivery
After sample confirmation, ASOL can arrange batch production, final QC, labeling, packaging and shipment. Stable documentation and confirmed technical drawings help keep repeat orders consistent.
